The kitchen is the place where delicious dishes are prepared. Unfortunately, it is also the place where most house fires occur. Everyone knows the term ‘flame in the pan’. This is a common cause of fire. With the hob monitoring, such a danger is not an issue.
The most important part of the hob monitoring is the innovative sensor module, equipped with a number of sensors, with which the hob is closely monitored. The device is able to distinguish between normal use of the hob and a dangerous situation. As soon as an unsafe situation occurs, a warning will first sound and if no action is taken, the hob will be switched off in time.
The hob monitoring provides extra safety and can be used in any household with an electric hob. This product is also a valuable addition for elderly people who want to live independently at home for longer. Furthermore, the product is equipped with a ‘child lock’ function, so that children cannot accidentally or accidentally activate the hob.
The system cannot be used for flambéing (of course).
Sensor module
The battery-powered sensor module monitors the hob and provides a visual and acoustic signal in the event of a dangerous situation. A wireless signal is then sent to the voltage interrupter, which switches off the hob. Placement against the back wall or under the extractor hood.
Voltage interrupter
The voltage interrupter ensures that the hob switches off in a dangerous situation. This can be mounted on the wall or on the floor near the hob.
Water sensor (optional)
Up to four water sensors can be connected to the voltage breaker. As soon as a water leak occurs (e.g. dishwasher or sink), the water sensor module emits a visual and acoustic signal. This way, a water leak is recognized more quickly and damage can be prevented.
